Lou and Jackie from Channel 5 TV - A Need for Canine Blood Donors
Ally, our Blood Bank Coordinator spent the morning with Lou and Jackie from Channel 5 TV, "We are Iowa," explaining to viewers the need for Canine Blood Donors. The need exceeds the supply and we are always looking for healthy, well behaved dogs, 2-8 years old and over 50 pounds. We will type them and if they are DEA1.1- we will screen them for all sorts of health issues. If found healthy, we will bring them into the blood bank program known as the Canine Critical Care Club.
